Spa and access to beach and cleanliness and helpful staff

Food was disappointing especially at dinner so wouldn’t recommend eating there other than breakfast

Clean but not worth the $ Lots of better places in the region.

Clean, easy to find

No coffee pot in the room. Room very pricey for no amenities~every room in Spain offers water and at least a nespresso machine! Air conditioner did not work. Fan worked but not cool. Pool area is mostly in the shade all day! Very odd placement.

Very large clean hotel, was perfect for what we needed for our short stay

Great location for the beach, two large local super markets if needed. Breakfast was good. Did not use any of the other facilities as we were only staying for a wedding

We arrived at 10:30pm, there was nowhere in the hotel to get any food/snack. Local supermarkets were shut. No kettle in the room, bottled water wasn’t topped up. Bed was hard, shower temperature changed all the time.

Very Good

The room was really good. A lot of space as well as closets. The bed was hard and this was what we needed and requested. The room was cleaned each day. The view was stunning. Balcony big with table and two comfy chairs.

Food could be better. There could be more health options. Our stay was a week and just once it was porridge for breakfast. None of the days was paella.

Great hotel . Beautiful and loved every minute. Definitely recommend and return.

Room was excellent and great size. Furniture on balcony falling to bits. Meals were excellent and so much choice. Staff great. Everything was great apart from balcony Furniture. Had a fabulous stay.

Great location, overall a good hotel and great stay.

The breakfast was good, the pool area was very nice, the bar great and the staff excellent.

When booked I booked as a pool facing balcony which I did not get, and double bed for my wife and I however to singles pushed together !

Very Good

It’s a nice pool area, though. Large buffet breakfast with loads of choice. Long wait in line to get a breakfast table - not enough staff clearing up tables that were used. For the price of staying, this is not on. There were many empty tables, but they weren’t set. Guests just had to stand & wait in line.

The hotel and the staff were very good and helpful at all times

The only thing we were disappointed in was the food in the restaurant on the meat side it was the same every day And all the hot meals that breakfast and evening meals were cold every day The only good thing about it all that they were a microwave there to heat up the meals to make them eataball I do think this should be looked at because the last time we stayed at this hotel it was the same

With the exception of the excessive charge for use of the Spa we were happy with the comfort of our

We ate one evening meal in the buffet. We found it of poor standard. In addition, we were required to pay over €30 each for one hour to use the Spa exclusive of treatments. This was disappointing. We would not have been surprised by a charge but this was excessive.

Very enjoyable stay, would definitely visit again

Great location, friendly professional staff, lovely room. Also big thanks to Spa team, Kike, Carlos and Kelly who were excellent.

All good except we had a horrible stain on our duvet but the housekeepers changed it immediately no hot drink facility in room- we brought our own kettle!

Bed, especially pillows uncomfortable. Very limited snacks or bar food available in evening ( from 6pm most items i wanted had 'run out' Was told by email spa would be open earlier in week and it was not. Also spa much too expensive and this would put me of staying again.

Very good value for money with a sea view

We've had the chance to have a room wotv à sea view. The breakfast buffet was good with a large variety of food. The staff was kind and helpful.

The matrass was a bit hard for our taste.

Great value for money by the seaside

-great value for money -very helpful and smiling staff (helped me get transportation early morning back to the airport) -many options available at the hotel restaurant -large room and confortable bed (mine with fantastic sea view from the balcony) -big bathroom and a lot of space for the clothes and suitcases -the fact that there is a swimming pool even though I didn't use it -supermarkets very close by

-I just thought there could be several price options at the restaurant instead of a general flat fee. For example a price option for vegetarians or without dessert, etc. But I was told the restaurant is managed independently from the hotel. Anyway, not a problem as there are several restaurants 3-5mn walk from the hotel
